Teddy Bear Parade Cricut cartridge & challenge!!

Hello, just wanted to buzz by and show this super duper cute card.
Using the NEW Cricut Cartridge Teddy Bear Parade. Since Peachy Keen Stamps is having a challenge.... what a good way to challenge myself since its anything goes for this challenge!!!

DOG gone FUN blog hop 16th-17th

Welcome to my 1st blog hop!!

I just want to spread the news about 

rescuing a dog or puppy.

Meet 'Charisma' our puppy. She was abandoned  in a junk yard. She was no more then 2 months old. Someone heard we had 2 pitt bulls so they thought she would be perfect for our family. Well, we were not to get any other dogs but can you see what I had to look at??? Omgosh, she is too cute!! She was bitten in 3 places & it was tough at first. Changing diapers in the middle of the night after 10 years!! We gave all the care we knew how to and many trips to the vet. I can't express how important it is to rescue a pet. She is getting full movement in her back 

legs & at times struggles but she is tough.

I bought all this at the dollar store. The binder was just a poster board. I used the Copic Makers and glitter for the wings. I used the Cinch and trim school paper for the inside! My BFF will LOVE it!!!

Distressing is what I need in life!!!

Hello, so stress is in my life and this is a way I can distress in a good way!!!

I used the Tim Holtz die cut for bird, distress ink. Flower is from Michaels, they have their own flowers. Super cute! Left over ribbon. The printed paper is from DCWV-Green Stack. Solid paper is from Recollections.

Tattered Time DCWV paper

Okay, I have tried so hard to attend my Mommy here at home after her heart surgery and at the same time I miss my time in my playroom. Being creative is soothing and enjoyable for me. I am not going to lie and say all the change is going well. I have had at least two break downs and one was at work. I have my fantastic Hubby who is so supportive of all my ups and downs. I just hope my Mommy gets well and she can be independent soon
 for she desires it so much too.

Okay, back to my soothing and enjoyable things I do...
