Jolly Holidays Cricut Cartridge

Working on these boxes and it was super easy. You know all those empty plastic boxes your Cricut cartridges came in and you have hanging around?? Well, I am grateful that this idea came to me. I started with small plastic boxes I had laying around then I liked them so much. But I only had two. I need to make more. Then I remembered that I have just a few empty plastic boxes from all the cartridges I have bought. Notice I said a few, lol.
Then this happen...

Smaller ones are the ones I started with. Then it came to mind to use the empty plastic boxes where my Cricut cartridges came in.

So you may be wondering what is that inside the boxes. Well, they are rocks, Yep, chocolate rocks. I like to be unique and not the same old stuff.

Don't forget to stop by tomorrow. I have another great idea for those pets in your life for Christmas. We can't forget our furry friends/family members, lol.

Jolly Holidays Cricut Cartridge

I have to admit this cartridge I was not planning to get. But it seems like that's all I have been grabbing. I really like the gingerbread man on the cartridge.
One thing you will learn about me is that I like to re-use stuff I can get for free. I re-use a lot of stuff and collect stuff till I can come up with something cool to make.

Here are the buckets that were free and been holding for a little while...
Paper from DCWV

Tissue paper and loaded with lots of candy!

Jolly Holidays Cricut Cartridge

Making treat bags for the kids in my life. Although, several of them are growing up so fast but I still think they like to get goodie bags.
Who doesn't? I still do, lol. These were quick and easy and I couldn't resist the candy. Well, I have to admit before I actually closed the bags I ate about 3 Reeses before stuffing, mmmm.
Enjoy!

Jolly Holidays Cricut Cartridge

I wanted to use this blue paper I bought a few weeks ago at JoAnn's. I like how thick and sparkly it is. The stamp is from Recollections. Of course the mittens are from Jolly Holidays Cricut Cartridge. I have to catch up on my Christmas cards.
This paper was only 5 for $0.95. By "Core dinations"... high fashion cardstock.

Jolly Holidays Cricut Cartridge

After waiting two hours with my Hubby at Wal-Mart on Thanksgiving night I was still debating on one more cartridge, Jolly Holidays. It was one of the cartridges I was not going to get. When I saw it and had it in my hands I just couldn't resist of not having it. It was super cute when I had it in my hands. When I came home and looked inside at all the cute die cuts I realized I really liked the first girl. Then I just kept came up with little add ons to her. The glitter, strand floss and pink cheeks. It was a lot of fun to make.

6.5"x4.5" card

Making the cards were super easy and lots of fun.
