  1. Always so delightful to stop by your blog to see what you are creating!

I celebrate my birthday by taking a road trip with my husband. We don't go very far, but will take backroads and find a small town with a diner and stop in to chat with the locals and meet new people. We've had so many lovely experiences doing this and have made some fabulous friends along the way.

My birthday.. just another day for me. :) I've never really been the type to WANT to celebrate the fact I'm getting older which in turn my kids are which in turn brings about ALOT of "issues" I'm not ready for. :) we have 5 kids.. 2 girls that are teenagers.. ughh..

Thanks for sharing your AWESOME card with us. Hope your mom is doing better. Hugs!!!

  6. Haidee, I heart your "pinch to grow an inch" project - too clever! I'm thinking of you and your mom and hope all turns out well for her. Thank you so much for being a big part of Kim's b-day bash. You are truly a treasure!
Birthday celebrations here are often quiet with little fanfare (I'm older than dirt) but I do like to visit my favorite craft store and book store to stock up on new tools and new reads!
